How to use our Juice?

Our natural, organically grown juices are frozen immediately after harvest to preserve the beneficial vitamins, minerals and enzymes to provide you with maximum nutritional value.

Live Wheatgrass produce 100% raw juices that come in easy to use 30ml recyclable cups or sachets, delivered straight to your door in top frozen condition to be stored in your freezer.

To drink, simply place the frozen cup into a bowl of water at room temperature for 15 minutes (do not heat in the microwave or oven to defrost). Once defrosted pour into a glass and add some water or fruit juice to taste.

Alternatively you can place the frozen juice and pre-made juice or lukewarm water in a food processer for a few seconds.

Tip: hold the frozen Juice cup under the hot tap for 5 sec to loosen the frozen juice from the cup.

For children, we have found that mixing Wheatgrass Juice to yoghurts, smoothies or juices works wonders!

HOW MUCH WHEATGRASS JUICE SHOULD I DRINK?

Live Wheatgrass Juices should be consumed on an empty stomach, ideally before breakfast to provide an energising start to the day and/or before lunch for the perfect afternoon pick me up.

We recommend that our juices are consumed daily to ensure you receive the maximum benefit to your health.

RECOMMENDED DOSES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

CHILDREN

Min. 1/2 of one 30 ml serving cup per day (15ml/day).

UNDER 50 YEARS/AVERAGE WEIGHT.

Women: min. 1 or 2 serving cups (30-60ml) per day.
Men: min. 2 or 3 serving cups (60-90ml) per day.

Women: min. 2 or 3 serving cups (60-90ml) per day.
Men: min. 3 or 4 serving cups (90-120ml) per day.

SEEKING MAJOR CHANGES.

Those trying to affect a major change should discuss dosage with a qualified nutritionist. However, typically it may be recommended that you start with 4-6 serving cups per day (120ml to 180 ml  per day) for 2 months, then you can re-evaluate and decide whether to continue, discontinue or economize. Please refer to our book list for more guidance on dosage and ways of taking fresh wheatgrass juice or feel free to give us a call.
